  1. Hey, Scott sorry I am late but yesterday was lawn work and then a football watch party that lasted all afternoon and evening at my neighbors house. This is very interesting plan Scott !

  2. I think whole body workouts are the best way for the over 40's Scott but I only do three whole body workouts and training the calves and arms twice a week I just do it that way to keep the whole body workouts around 1 1/2 hrs MINT
