  1. This is really interesting, my only question is would the whole intermittent fasting thing be good for someone who's not trying to lose weight? Because I'm a regular sized person, trying to get rid of acne and eat healthy. But every time you research anything about healthy eating it all come back to weight loss weight loss weight loss! But what about those of us who just want to find out the healthiest way to live? Would eating once a day be ok?

  2. I eat only dinner and fast 23 hours just like him. I eat about 2500 calories in one meal. I went from 215 to 140, no muscle loss what so ever. I lost it in 6-7 months. I have maintained that weight for 21/2 years. I sleep great. This guy is not an anomalie. This is the answer to good health. I am so proud of Dr Oz for being open to discussing this lifestyle.

  3. The secret is at 10:38 – He burns 3850 calories from working out daily and eats 4000 calories. What's sticking to his body? A mere 150 calories. And he seems to be feasting on some decent low calories food. Whether or not you workout, you still need to burn more calories (walking, moving) than your daily intake of calories. Intermittent fasting is great, but this is where people fail because they think you can set an eating window, gobble down all sorts of food, stop at 8pm and wait for the pounds to drop off. Makes more sense now… If you sit for an entire day shoving food in your mouth say up to 2500 calories from breakfast, lunch and dinner and you haven't barely moved to burn calories, then expect the pounds to come.

  4. Yo motherfucking doctor, check Cole Robinson on youtube, if you haven't already. You will be fuming on how much money he is making you lose and he's making people healthier for fucking free you idiot!

  5. I gained about 100 pounds after a couple surgeries left now immobile for awhile.

I have been doing this diet since the beginning if October and have lost 26 pounds in a month. The only change I made was I usually don't eat the following day because I don't feel hungry.

This last week I ate 4 meals for the entire week.

  6. I commend Dr.Oz on having this young man on his show. His methods go against everything modern medicine would have us to believe when trying to become healthier. I also liked that he shared his lab results (untainted) to verify that this way of life is healthy. A lot of times medicine may improve your number in one area, but cause damage in another. This appears to be better for your health overall!

  7. IF and OMAD are the holy grails of weight loss and health. OMAD also changes your physiology to the extent that you need less sleep than an unhealthy person

  8. This looks like a terrible idea… your body can't even process that much food at one time and would result in purging due to the stomach and intestines not being able to hold that much food.. I ate the 5lb hamburger at McClintoks in Shell Beach California… I got so sick from eating all of that food…

  9. Eating more than 1,000 calories in a single sitting is literally the definition of insanity. That lunatic will die by stomach explosion and all those calories are very quickly killing him. He's fat on the inside and only looks 'ripped' because of obvious steroid abuse. I hate this idiot and I will laugh when his stomach explodes and he dies screaming in pain.

  10. Finally its taking the world by storm. People were hounding Ahmen Ras OMAD diet, but now even Dr.Oz is impressed by its effects. But what if I told you there was actually a way to even further enhance its benefits?
