Thank you for the hard work doing these viedos. You are an inspiration!!! I am 69 and new to skipping. I am aiming for 100 skips in a row. It will take some time.
I cant train cuz i skipped to much with little rest nd messed up my ankle, now its swollen😓 but when it gets better you can bet ima start training again jus not as hard
Just got my first ropes (ghost and legacy) about 2 weeks ago, can barely do the basic jump for longer than a minute but I'm ready to make some progress
Your timing with this video couldnt be better for me. Just finished a huge amount of work. Thins are going to be calm for a few weeks so I can spend time working on this stuff. Can't wait to finally sort out boxer step and start string together double unders. Thanks! And keep up the great work.
I love these tutorials that go into a bit more depth. I've been skipping for awhile and still can't do crossovers on demand. I'm having a lot of different struggled. I just added another knot to my rope and that cleared up a lot but….
I can't back to back do crossovers, even just doing it slow, I can barely get 3 I also if I just do a normal skip for like 10 skips and then try to crossover….I hit my feet.
This turning over your wrists…. Am I just to do that? Do I also bend the wrists? Is it like a scooping motion by bending and turning wrists over? Do I scoop my arms lower, or is it just a horizontal motion from normal position over to cross position? I feel like I've concentrated on timing and such that I should at least be able to get 10 crossover back to back, and I can't seem to do it.
Footwork makes it all come together doesn't it… sometimes I catch a wee glimmer of it in my skip. Thanks much for making me better Rushie 💛🖤💛!! So much to practice brb!!
Brother I have tried a lot to do double under but didn't get it please help me I can send you my video if you want please help me to rectify my mistake
I skip barefoot on a wooden floor do u think there’ll be any problems with my knees or will they get stronger if anything I’ve been jump roping like this for about a couple of months now and sometime get some pain in my left knee but I’m not sure if it’s from skipping
I feel like keeping your elbows back while skipping puts a lot of strain in the back and shoulders. Is that something that the body gets used to with time?
This ones for my beginner crew! Hope it helps fam 💪🏽

Whenever I do crossovers my rope doesn’t clip the ground anymore. Should the rope still clip the ground?

Thanks Rushie for the tutorial. Its very helpful.
Great video yet again. Nothing beats getting the basics down super smooth, looks better than sloppy complex moves anyway

Man I love your videos, thanks to your tips I've been able to skip faster and do some tricks. The Last one is the Eb ✌🏻
I know it may have just been normal exertion but do you use your breathing to help with your timing? Specifically at the 10:15 mark.
