  1. Beth, your workouts are extraordinary. Can't say I always smile through the hard parts as suggested, but I manage a good grimace and feel noticeably better (and better aligned) after your classes. You are a talented and creative teacher; after 15 years of taking Pilates classes, yours always offer something new to keep it fresh. Thank you.

  2. Working with the bands sure is a challenge especially getting the band just right around the leg….instead of a tunicate…..lol….but overall a Goof Workout i liked the continual Flow. Thanks Beth
