Beth, your workouts are extraordinary. Can't say I always smile through the hard parts as suggested, but I manage a good grimace and feel noticeably better (and better aligned) after your classes. Working with the bands sure is a challenge especially getting the band just right around the leg….instead of a tunicate…..lol….but overall a Goof Workout i liked the continual Flow. Thanks Beth

This was tuff. Never worked with bands before. Used husbands bands, too thick. Only made it 21 min. Will try again soon!
