  1. Started Leslies Walk at home on 29th July 2019.
    Current Routine: 6 Days a week.

    Morning: the boosted 30 min Walk followed by light yoga flexibility stretches for 30 mins.

    Evening: 15 min 1 mile by leslie , followed by 30-45 mins Tae Bo by billy blanks
    Or Alternate with
    3 Mile walk with Leslie, Followed by 30 mins boosted walk.

    My stats:

    Male, 27

    176cm

    Start Weight: 84.5 kg [186 lbs]
    Goal Weight: 72 [160lbs] ideal weight for my height as per google haha

    Will update each week 😀

    First Update: 5th August: Result : 81.2 KG [179lbs] ~ Down 3.3kg [7.2 lbs]

  3. These videos really do work! I found leslie's page last week and have done them for 6 days, along with making small changes in my diet I've already lost 9lb 🎉 get up and walk people!

  4. We miss you Leslie! I exercise by using your DVD's 6 days a week and have done so for 13 years now (started back in high school). Walk at home is the only program that has consistently worked for me! I've even purchased an old VCR recently and have bought your older VHS tapes from Ebay because I love the program so much. I have amassed a large collection and will continue to do so until I have them all! My dream is to meet you one day and to thank you. I still struggle with my weight due to medical reasons but walk at home has helped me to control my progress. You're the absolute best!
