  4. Wow, Carrie- what a wonderful loss. You know you can do this. I started back on the 1999 version. Didn’t make a difference in my loss, but I like the way foods are calculated. I can incorporate more junk food which I want right now. I have lost 90 pounds and now the scale won’t budge. I want to lost about ten more.

    So very Happy for you. I just love cookbooks. I found a older Weight Watchers Cookbook at Goodwill. Called Weight Watchers All-Time Favorites with over 200 Best-Ever Recipes. Copyright 2008. Cost me a whole $1.95. it includes points values and core plan recipes.Is in excellent condition. I'm happy it has nutritional values for each recipe per serving. Your new cookbook looks like it will be a Wonderful Cookbook too. That's so neat you got a free Weight Watchers Journal. Love Tamson 😇 💖
