1. This is for d young and the restless.Step aerobics is good and fun BUT shd.not be too fast.Why?Because the joints and the knees is gven too much stress.The BPM (beat per minute)for for step is and should always be safe and slower to give the body part/s a full range of motion and makes it more efficient.
    Do the slow motion and realize that the weight of the body is hardpressd n the joints.

  2. Miss my step classes..had done it for years.😣..my class at 24hr fitness in Houston was lit 🔥like this one…then the dayum gym cancelled the class!😠
