  1. I'm an IT student and being on the computer most of the time really makes my neck and shoulders hurt. But this video is magical, I do it twice a day and it's so refreshing! Thank you ❤️

  2. Omg, I did this with terrible pain in my neck (because of the time I spend in front of the computer) and I can definitely tell that it helped. My pain is so much less, thank you Adriene!

  3. I had my back cracked last year. It’s never been the same since, I’ve struggled with muscle stiffness for that time. Also, the inability to take a deep breath. I believe it’s my muscles causing that, a few times I was able to breath through and take a deep breath in the summer during a meditation but it was forced breathing it felt good but didn’t fix anything. That is what’s making me depressed. During this yoga exercise I got emotional half way through the video, my upper back muscles were getting really sore and tired. It’s like they were taking my breath away, I stopped and cried. I just want to thank you for all these videos. I’m going to try them and see if they can help release that tension to help me breath. Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ❤️

  4. Hey Adriene! Thanks for having so many awesome videos and variety for everyone. I always love finding just what I need and knowing I can find it in one of your videos! This neck, shoulder, and upper back one is so good and I like the length for when I only have a few minutes, but any chance you could do a similar one that is longer? Just curious. Anyways, hope you are well. Love and light!

  5. First video of yours that I have tried. My neck has been bothering me so much lately, I figured I needed to try something. Obviously, I am not as limber as you, how to I make sure that I am keeping proper body mechanics and not overdoing it when trying to achieve the same look as your poses? Thanks so much for this great video and BENJI <3 love him
