  1. I did this twice a day and the Walking mile twice a day. Took roughly 90mins to complete it all, with small breaks inbetween. Was losing half a kilo per day, or 1 kilo every two days. Ate what I wanted but not necessarily bad things. Lost 10kilos in a month because I slowly built up to being able to do 90 min workouts. I started out doing the Walking mile cos thats all I could do. Works.

  2. This is a great video. I've done the walking program for a long time including the boosted walks. Yesterday I did this one for the first time and I was worn out. I had to go back to walking a few times during the jog. This video definitely is a calorie burner. I'll be doing it more often to get my stamina up!!

  4. Hey I m a big fan of yours. We do ur walk workout regularly. U motivate us to do. I just wanted to know by any chance have u done a 3 mile jog workout coz I searched a lot for it but could not find one. I hope u do a 3 mile jog workout if u have not done so far as I would love to workout with you

    It’s JUST 1 mile, y’all! I know it seems like FOREVER, but you can do it!!!! Look at the clock if you have to… pace yourself!

  7. First time I did this workout about was around January this year when I was almost 200 pounds and I couldn't jog for more than 2 minutes. Now I'm down over 50 pounds and more active, I did this entire video. I'm proud of myself and thank you Leslie I love your workout, the reason I'm 120lbs today.
