Another great video… Would be great if you could do a video on advice regarding working out with cold virus as I generally wait till I’m fully recovered however I suffer muscle loss due to loss of fluids my body uses to fight off the flu. What’s the norm? Do we go gym and do a non sweat and slow workout or do we stay away completely?
John, I remember the "Trap Bar Deadlift" that you suggested as suitable on leg day. Here you mentioned that you feel it mostly on your lats. Any difference in implementation that the feel goes from quad dominant exercise to lat dominant?

I always wished someone would make an open trap bar. Never knew they existed lol
Mountaindog is the man!
Great stuff John! love your videos so informative! Much appreciated. 46 always looking for new workout plans. Big fan from Boston. Brian 💪🙏
The absolute best! No doubt about that!
Great video. It's a good reminder to drive with your elbows. I'm re watching this on back day
A bit disappointed, a machine, chest supported, trap bar…
This is the 5 best back exercises for a complete back
1 pullups
2 pendley row
3 1 arm DB row
4 rack pull
5 pull over
The end.
Face pulls work the whole back besides Lats.
That Eleiko trap bar is so great, the only thing that sucks is how pricey it is. Still, that design is quite impressive.
I want to be a mountain dog when I grow up
I didn't know you were in vegas….
Looks like he's about to have a stroke….
You are sweet as shit John

I re-watched the video several times since I couldn’t feel sure, but this was a 4-exercise workout:
Pulldowns
Chest supported rows
Trap bar Deadlifts
Dumbbell Pullover
Hey that's my club!
Are you planning on doing any shows John? Or just staying swole AF year round?
