Another great video… Would be great if you could do a video on advice regarding working out with cold virus as I generally wait till I’m fully recovered however I suffer muscle loss due to loss of fluids my body uses to fight off the flu. What’s the norm? Do we go gym and do a non sweat and slow workout or do we stay away completely?

  3. John, I remember the "Trap Bar Deadlift" that you suggested as suitable on leg day. Here you mentioned that you feel it mostly on your lats. Any difference in implementation that the feel goes from quad dominant exercise to lat dominant?
