  1. All sound advice that I've heard or read elsewhere a million times. Thing is, it doesn't work. The one thing I'm hung up on is the "don't starve yourself". How is it that for every other animal under human care, it's fine to cut the amount of food they consume to get them to lose weight, but for humans this is not acceptable? Is this just something that's said out of safety to prevent those with addictive personalities from over doing it and going full on anorexic or bulimic? Your body will burn through fat supplies before burning muscle mass so this video was misleading on that no? With big time atheletes preaching about intermittent fasting now as well, I just don't know what to think anymore. Information is all over the place and I feel like everyone is just repeating the same wrong information. Any professional nutrionists care to weigh in? What's actually bullshit and what isn't?
