  1. Definitely hard for me and I’m very much beginner haha. The mat beneath me kept slipping, but I did have to take breaks, but I certainly tried! Will keep working on it

  2. Ok question? I'm not in the beginner stage yet not in the advanced stage. Which one of your videos would best suit me to keep strengthening, and toning every part of my body? Especially the core!

  3. I love your workouts especially the 20mins or less workouts. I work full time and have a 9 month old and 10year old so I fit a workout in the morning before school and work. Would you guys consider doing a series of videos for weight loss/cardio 20 mins or less? If you can thanks in advance. Right now I just pull those videos
