I consider myself a true beginner but even this workout was too easy. I enjoyed it. I will use this as my warmup or cooldown exercise. Keep it up guys.

So I guess I might have just ordered the wrong size ropes, if the heavier ones are for beginners. I ordered the lighter set.

Just did my first 30 minutes jumping rope!!Went continuous except when the rope got caught on my feet. Felt real good!

Day 6: not the best, kept tripping on the rope. Wasn't feeling the workout today. Managed to push through and complete 3×10. Back at it tomorrow
Day 2. 3 of 10 beginner jump rope tutorial and 7 minutes crossfit on treadmill.
