  1. I"m almost 64 and I can vouch for their beginner program for sure. When I started last January I could only do one pull up. Now I'm up to seven (7)! With their program you can configure your training to your level of fitness. But with any exercise program you still must be honest with yourself and challenge yourself to progress in strength. Their program helps with that also. No need for dumbbells until you can master your own body-weight. I like these guys.

  2. Hey Cali Move. I love your videos – big thanks beforehand. My Girlfriend wants to gain some strength – but she currently cannot even one clean pushup. We tried this workout but it obv. is still too much for her to properly do it. Do you think starting with Theraband is the way to go to build up some muscle so we can start with this workout? Or can you maybe recommend some other exercises to safely build up some strength?

  3. So i have one question is it enought to stay fit and build up muscle if i do this workout three time a week or should i do workouts that take more time ?

  4. Thank you for your informative videos. They are great. I started a calisthenics program just 2 months ago using a lot of the exercises and principles you guys are teaching. I do have one question. How many sets are – on average – ideal per exercise? I currently do 5 sets per exercise, keeping the reps between 3 and 12 depending on my level in a given exercise. Once I'm able to do more than 12 reps in each of the 5 sets, I move on to the harder progression. Is that a good strategy or would fewer sets with more different exercises be better?

  5. Alex is like a well oiled smooth machine. Your physique is like Prometheus Engineer. Perfect body control. Highly inspired.

    Thanks for the series!
