  1. I’ve been doing this for a week and Imm planning on doing it for 3 PLEASE hopefully I get results if not I’ll get reeeally discouraged lol. I haven’t looked at my body in the mirror since I started so that it can be kind of a “surprise” after 3 weeks (that is if I get any changes). I’ll come back when the 21 days are over to update how I look lol

  4. I started it today (22.07.2019) and gonna try for a week, and i'm already doing workout from gabriella whited for a week☺
    Day 1: i barely did the plank jacks, and had to stop a few times at plank hops, i mean i literally didn't do it fkr half of the time bc my arms hurt so badly😩 the rest i did exactly as she said
    Day 2: i couldn't do plank jacks and plank hops, barely did the plank, didn't to half of the last exercise. I think i'm gonna find another workout video cause i can't do even half of these exercises appropriately

  5. ive done some of these workouts daily for almost a week w a one day break, and I have been losing belly fat for sure but I want to know why the lower belly fat won’t get smaller

  6. i have stubborn lower belly fat but i did this almost everyday for like 5 months i think and i can almost finally say that it is almost gone!! believe in yourself 💗
