  1. I'm pretty unhappy with myself considering no matter what I do I can't balance enough and my back won't stay on the ground. I even piled weights on my belly. I'm basically useless lol

  2. My body needed a rest from running today. Soooo, I just paired this with your newest inner and outer thigh workout video and I feel so good now. I love pairing a couple together and doing them for just a nice short 30 minute workout or even for a warmup before I put my gloves on and hit my heavy bag. Thank you for all of the videos that you put out ♡ Keep killin it 🔥🔥

  5. I love your workouts as well as your approach to health and fitness. Especially because you are not opposed to cardio exercises. So many fitness people tell you to ignore cardio and just lift heavy and supplement as much protein as possible – neither of these really bring me joy. So thanks for your well-balanced workout portfolio. ❤️
