I've been exercising regularly for three years now, and everytime I focused on my abs I struggled with bad back pain all through the exercises.   3. whenever i work my lower abs, my lower back gets so strained? i’m tucking my hips and keeping the small of my back touching the floor but i’m failing to feel anything in my abs and just feeling strain in my back? can someone please tell me what i’m doing wrong lol

  4. Maddie, I hurt my knee during yoga so I’ve been looking for months for a lower ab workout without standing straight up and putting pressure using my knee. Thank god I watched your lower ab workout. You have no idea how happy I am seeing this video. Thank you thank you!!!!
