  1. Just turned 35 the other day. I'm about 25-30 lbs overweight. I think this workout is going to be a great gift to myself. I'll try 4 days a week to start off with. Wish me luck!

  2. I'm just saying to everyone these workouts will give you the shape of abs but not reduce your fat you will get actual six packs if you are skinny but first get rid of fat then do this or it won't work
