  1. ok, i’m going to do this everyday till i reach 100 pounds 😭 hope this helps and i also go run a mile and like a cardio !! let’s see how it goesss

    day 1: it was a bit hard didn’t go on a run cause started late but i did cardio and the workout!

  2. I did this workout for a week and didn’t see results but I realized it was because some exercises I either either wasn’t following the instructions completely or my hand placement or something else was slightly off

  3. What's a good exercise to pair with this 10 minute workout? A run? I'm trying to startup my own routine at home without much gear. Will work on chicken dinners over fast stuff
