  1. Workout is great but the mom comments got really annoying. ALL women need strong cores, not just moms. ALL women are strong, not just moms. Maybe start a Popsugar channel for mom-centered workouts?

  2. Thank you for this work out. I recently hurt my foot and haven't been able to do my cardio. This worked my core really well. Can you suggest anything else to help me loose weight and get back in shape without stressing my foot?

  3. Sooo, I'm not the target demo for these videos but wanted a gentler ab work out as I tend to overdo my workouts.

    This workout fit the bill. It's a really solid core workout in a short period of time, that protects my lower back.
