  1. Hy Chris, can you please tell me why I have pain in my elbows when performing push ups. In the last period I am making like 5 reps by 5; 5 by 10 and like that up to 25 or even 30 and after I am coming back to 5. So i heat up and cool down my muscles. Even so it hurts. It takes me like a week to heat up, and the pain is like a needle in my bones. First i had in the left but now it affected my left arm as well. This pain occurs in those exercises where I have to push.

  2. He looks like that actor from batman, you know the one who wears a burlap hood…btw i am currently doing 100 pushups a day for 30 days, I am now at 300 (day 3) and I felt sore right after the first day. Should I stop or do I just keep going? Any advice is appreciated

  3. I've made myself a routine with a bunch of exercises. I can't do Pike pushups but is there no transgression to that? I tried to do it with my knees on a chair, I'm not sure it's working out the same muscles as Pike push-ups do. My knees and legs aren't flexible enough for pikes, I want to fix that. I can't do any normal pushups either, I'm doing knee pushups. I tried to do 5 sets for 5 reps each, and then move onto a different push up (I tried psuedo pushups, can't do em either but I'm trying to do the negatives) but man my chest is totally burnt out, I can't do anymore tonight. I feel like that wasn't even enough of a work out. I'm worried I won't build muscle if my chest dies out within a max of like 20 pushups total

  4. Chris, thanks so much for the push up variations. In just two week I got 2 inches on my arms. My chest is bulking up and I feel a lot more confident. I pushed my limits with these and I'm still going to break my boundaries.

I really appreciate the workouts especially the bodyweight exercises because I'm still developing (I'm 17 so my mom isn't really on the idea of me using weigts).

But thanks so much bro, mad love!
