  1. Done this workout before…stopped working out forabout three months, then started back again five days ago. I really appreciate the work that they are putting into this project. It has helped me get myself back into fitness and concentrate on the importance of taking care of the physical sense in a balanced, healthy way. Can't thank them enough and yes , Workout complete.

  2. Workout complete! My fitbit says I burned 1326….But I am on the heavier side..don't know how right or wrong that is. I managed to go all the way through without stopping and doing modifications in the middle of advance. It was hard, But I made it. Fun fact…My son was sittin next to me while I was doing the ab workout and pooped…..It made me dizzy and I wanted to fight lol

  3. I can't believe I did it. The hiit part was brutal, my heart rate was at 172 !, toward the end I felt a bit lethargic. However, the other were nice. I am now more confident and so proud of myself! Thanks!

  4. WORKOUT FREKIN COMPLETE ! I got to say the HIIT portion was indeed not as hard as the other hiit videos but man it sure burned as hell
