It's funny how some of these look really fun and I want to include them in my routine immediately (like the twist kicks or the getups from last week's workout), but others… Pause press ups (9:17)? Lol! I can do one "press down" 🤣🤣🤣and I say down 😵But this means that these are exactly the ones that need to be included in my routine the most.

  2. just ordered the "money rope" now i am waiting for it but sadly its in like 14 days… because im from Romania.. i can't wait xd i wanna try your rope bro, you and jump rope dudes inspired me to start skipping the treadmill and using the jump rope. We fly they run. Peace bros.
