I started watching your channel a few months ago and I have a challenge for you. I have known I was going to have a hip replacement for the last 15 years, but about 3 months ago my hip gave out and I have been limited on what I can do. So I was wondering if you have any workouts to stay in shape while I can't use my hip/ right leg while I wait for surgery and recovery?
