  1. I watched all 3 of your water fast videos!! Dope situation; one said you had a large orange? lol is that what you decided to eat after you completed the fast to transition back into food or u had an orange and water? Also, so u did 1cap of ACV once a day only, plus half your weight in ounces? On top of working out twice daily? I wanna try it so I'm trying to get the full picture. Also is there a time gap you use in between fast or is it kinda you let ur body tell u

    1)so to maintain the lower weights, do you just eat healthier afterwards?
    2)how often do u do these fasts to maintain the lower weight, like once a month?

  3. I'm on the end of day 2 and ive lost 6 pounds I'm doing 5. I brush my teeth when ever i get cravings, because after you brush your teeth you don't wanna eat coz it'll taste gross also chewing gum and work out so I can sleep as it tires me out. 💗

  4. Sorry for the long comment, but I have a problem solving mind. Do you think that it would work best if I did a three day water fast, a day of smoothies, then another three day water fast? From your videos I noticed that you were able to work out for the first three days without a problem but not longer than that, I'm thinking that it was because your body had ran out of the protein and other nutrients that your body needs to build muscle and that if you were to water fast for three days, drink smoothies loaded with the nutrients and protein for a day, then continue the water fast one could get better weight loss results…. Thoughts???
