  2. Greetings from the Granite State. You made my day with this routine.
    I started my day with this video. Felt great all day at work.
    Came home did a squat workout, followed by Pilates in Central Park, and finished with a nice cool down stretch the same way my day started.
    The “ morning yoga voice over” keeps me smiling. Almost done with 30 days of body weight book. I highly recommend it.
    An awesome blend of fitness and entertainment ( the Arnold voice is my favorite…. by a long way).
