  1. A very good routine, I'm sure I'll do it again, but the pace is just a little quicker than I enjoy…I find it hard to keep my breathing consistent when going this fast. But it is a good routine, thank you for it!

  2. Still loving this practice. Thank you! I like (in reclined pigeon) when you say "let's go explore the 2nd side." Especially in the morning it really is exploring your range of motion and what feels good for you. Just love that wording.
