  2. Heyy ! I have been regularly doing your 15 MIN AT HOME LEG/BUTT/THIGH WORKOUT since the last month and absolutely love it. Glad now I can do this work out since I really needed to push myself more and do something more challenging .Sending you loads of love and hugs , keep growing <3 .

After taking a break & being pregnant for what feels like forever,having bby & finally feeling motivated to workout after all these months, this 15 mins got me feeling like jello!   5. I am a mom of 4 kids ,and I discovered your videos 2 weeks ago more or less. I usually do warmup, workout followed by stretching. My question is, when I choose one of your workouts, should I repeat it ,or 1 time would be ok for a beginner (more or less) ? Thank you for the great videos, and all the great information that comes with them.

  7. I've always heard that when you exercise your glutes you HAVE to use really large dumbbells. Honestly, I'm not sure how true that is but it does seem like something a lot of people do. What do you think Maddie or know about this? By the way amazing workout as always. I could use more short lower body workouts. Thank you!
