  3. I’ve done this workout about three times separately and I have to say I really love it because it makes me feel so strong- especially when exhaling whenever my abs are compressed. I seriously feel so much stronger just from doing this a couple times a week.

  5. thank you for your incredible workout routines!! as a dancer, the summer is when i have to focus most on keeping myself in shape and i’ve been doing my own routine for awhile but i find yours to be even more killer! love it
