  1. The spider man twist and lunge doesn’t get me any burn. Not sure if I am doing it incorrectly but it just feels like a stretch. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be or if I am missing something.

  2. I love the variety! Thank you for making exercise about working hard and earning good food, I'm glad there's an alternative to the whole 'go on a diet and starve yourself'.

    These short but intense exercises make me feel incredibly satisfied.

  3. Love the advanced workouts there Joe! I have an arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis and workouts like this are an essential part of staying mobile and maintaining range of motion and strength – the best kind of medicine! Keep up the good work!! And I don't care what the temp is, I'm shirtless after the first 2 minutes of any of these workouts any time of year!

  4. Couldn't make a class at the gym tonight (due to having to sort out a cancelled flight from KLM for tomorrow) so decided to do one of your trustworthy workouts. Nice bonus round at the end 😂. Can't believe you did this in the summer heat this year, it was brutal enough on a cold Winter's evening!
