did i miss the part where she states the weight of the dumbbell, which is an if not the integral data point….. i really wanted to try this but without that info, i have no idea where to start – 3 lbs? 15? 20?
I hated exercises for years and years because i pushed myself too much and got super super worn out and couldn't find peace with it. UNTIL I SAW THIS AND I COULD ACTUALLY BREATHE WHILE I WORKED OUT??? I get out of breath so quickly but this made me feel peaceful. THANK YOU I HOPE I ACHIEVE MY GOAL <3

I love ALL of Amy’s workouts!!Finally an instructor who gets straight into it & doesn’t spend half the video talking about what their going to do. I do about 3 of her workouts a week & always such good variety – I never get bored.

This is a good routine, but not if you're obese like me. It's very hard on the knees.
