  1. did i miss the part where she states the weight of the dumbbell, which is an if not the integral data point….. i really wanted to try this but without that info, i have no idea where to start – 3 lbs? 15? 20?

  2. I hated exercises for years and years because i pushed myself too much and got super super worn out and couldn't find peace with it. UNTIL I SAW THIS AND I COULD ACTUALLY BREATHE WHILE I WORKED OUT??? I get out of breath so quickly but this made me feel peaceful. THANK YOU I HOPE I ACHIEVE MY GOAL <3

  4. I love ALL of Amy’s workouts!!Finally an instructor who gets straight into it & doesn’t spend half the video talking about what their going to do. I do about 3 of her workouts a week & always such good variety – I never get bored.

  6. Can I just say how much I appreciate your choice of dress. Not that I am shaming those that wear sports bras and patterned leggings; I personally just find it hard to focus.

  7. I love your channel. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and I've been scared to do lunges and squats. But with your instructions it's so much easier. Thank you, your beginner work out is brilliant and so helpful.
