I love how raw this is like it’s not all edited and you like show that it gets more difficult so those following along know that you’re human too and working out CAN BE HARD but it’s supposed to be or else there wouldn’t be any rewards!! I love this 😁
I love the fact that you include the timer, and that you don’t talk the entire time. This is my go-to warm-up when I don’t want to wake up my family at 6am 😅
Have been doing 2 rounds of this workout every morning as well as 200 crunches at night and cleaner eating (nowhere near perfect though) and though I have not seen much change, I feel more confident knowing that I am working on myself and I have more energy throughout the day and sleep better at night. Great workout!🌻💛
