  1. I love how raw this is like it’s not all edited and you like show that it gets more difficult so those following along know that you’re human too and working out CAN BE HARD but it’s supposed to be or else there wouldn’t be any rewards!! I love this 😁

Have been doing 2 rounds of this workout every morning as well as 200 crunches at night and cleaner eating (nowhere near perfect though) and though I have not seen much change, I feel more confident knowing that I am working on myself and I have more energy throughout the day and sleep better at night. Great workout!🌻💛

  3. Absolutely loved this workout! Tried it for the first time yesterday and I’m so sore today! So glad I found this. This is the first YouTube workout video I’ve tried where i feel like I’m getting a great workout !

  4. Just found this channel and 15 minutes workout today! Made it to 10 minutes and had to stop (trying to listen to my body – feeling nauseas = bad). But super excited to try do this daily and get my body feeling strong! ❤️
