  1. Ive got a question, I heard metabolism acelerates after 30' of excercise and that fat starts to get burned after 45'. I see lots of videos for fat burning fast or abs etc that lasts a few minutes only. Right now while Im wirting I see one video of just 3' that says Intensive Fat – loss routine. So what's the point, is there any benefit from videos that are less than 45'??

  2. Just found this last week and love the workout. Didn't realize how out of shape I got this past year not being able to work out from an injury. Definite goal to be able to keep up with you all the way through! Keep up the great videos. Subscribing!

  3. Would these excercises be safe having suffered from a lower back hernia a month ago and being well , severely overweight ?
    i did get the all clear from the doctor to do excersises
