I think you probably have a/some trigger points in your gluteus medius, piriformis, quadratus lumborum. Or others. Those are my problem spots. Check out The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair Davies. That book has helped me immensely! Love your workouts

I used to do my own which was 10 Down. 5 Exercises 10 of each then 9 of each etc. that was manic. then when that got easy I added other stuff. Is there any way I can contact you through email?
