  1. I think you probably have a/some trigger points in your gluteus medius, piriformis, quadratus lumborum. Or others. Those are my problem spots. Check out The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Clair Davies. That book has helped me immensely! Love your workouts

  2. Hi Joe, any chance of doing a HIIT for runners? I try to do a work out on my no run days, could really do with some help to strengthen muscles that support knees? Thanks 😊

  4. Hello Joe, I have always done high-intensity training when I wanted to keep fit. I have started again with your routines. great stuff.
    I used to do my own which was 10 Down. 5 Exercises 10 of each then 9 of each etc. that was manic. then when that got easy I added other stuff. Is there any way I can contact you through email? Thanks for the workout.
