  1. Honestly, your workouts are the best. I've tried other trainers on YouTube but they are either too crazy or not challenging enough…your workouts are just right. I appreciate it!

  2. Enjoyed this 15 minute routine this morning short but certainly still challenging. It is all I had time for this morning but it one I will certainly do again. I can feel my arms already as well as my thighs.

  3. With shoulder, elbow, wrist issues, I had to completely modify pushups–my joints won't let me do full range. Also, I could do heavier weights for deadlift and curls, but had to quickly change to lighter ones for side lunges (knees) and overhead press (shoulders).

  4. We have spent the last week moving.. a temp move.. we get to do this again in 6 months!! I would not have survived the stress with your some bursts of exercise.. Hopefully today I will find my DVD.. till then Thank You … Thank you.. for being here for me.. 😉

  5. Wow!! This was a GREAT workout. I am whooped but feel so strong. You have done it again, amazing, great quality videos. Thank you for saving me the $$ and time of going to the gym. I love working out with you and Peanut at home!
