  1. Hello bhai sunno mera jo day 3 workout hein ushme jo 400meter 4 baar lagana hein uska timing.
    Pehla 400-1.17
    Dusra 400-1.17
    Tisra 400-1.27
    Choutha 400-1.27.
    Araha hein yaar ye 1600meter k liye sahi hein kya mera bharti agle mahine hein.please reply bhai please
