  1. I’ve had the same issue with nuts! They’re all in peanut oil! I’ve settled with just raw nuts for the most part. I’m planning on making the shepherds pie bowls this week too! I’m looking forward to seeing the homemade chicken sausage please film it! ❤️❤️

  2. You have to be careful with commercial nut milks. Most of them have carrageenan in them which is a whole 30 no no. Plus they have a million ingredients. It kills me to buy the expensive stuff at Whole Foods , but it’s worth the extra cash. Good luck!

  3. When sweet potatoes go on sale I purchase several. I wash them all and then rub them down with olive oil. Poke a couple of fork marks in each of them. Place all on baking sheet and bake until done. Let cool and then vacuum pack individually and then freeze all for later uses as I need them. Can reheat in microwave. Or roast in oven with baked chicken and zuchinni, carrots and squash. Those chicken sausages would be great with fried cabbage or sauerkraut. That ground turkey would be great for turkey burgers with lettuce wraps and ranch dressing. Thank you for reviewing your wonderful grocery haul. Love Tamson

  4. I love Isernio's! They make the nicest chicken breakfast sausage, too (in the roll). I don't know if it's Whole30 compliant, though. The Aidell's Artichoke & Garlic smoked chicken sausage sounds amazing! I don't think I've seen those here. Yummm….potatoes! =) Your mealplan sounds awesome. I would eat a lot of that.

  5. Can you use Dijon mustard on whole 30? Try big lots and Aldo for a lot of whole 30 items. Egg roll in a bowl recipe uses the coleslaw and turkey with sausage and sub the coconut amino. Thanks, you’re the best!
