  1. Today is my active recovery day so I saw a 20 minute workout and thought that it would work. I also love your ab workouts too so I thought I would try one of your workout videos. I honestly was expecting it to be pretty easy but I definitely got a little bit of a sweat going. It was a good recovery workout for the week, and it made me get my heart pumping a little bit and make me feel like I did something good for myself on my recovery day. Love your channel, keep the great work up!

  3. Great workout. I like the way you set up the sequence of exercises with very little rest in between the sets. It helps to keep the muscles warm and challenged. Glad I subscribed, I'm looking forward to more of your core workouts.
