Ur workouts are perfect I had a baby 2 months ago and these are awesome as I am able to do these in the comfort of my lounge room while my baby sleeps 😀 I
Love this Maddie and your new thumbnail is amazing!! Honestly can’t thank you enough for always being so genuine, humble, kind and inspiring, your my fav youtuber by far 💞
I like that you are not smiling like everyone else here in the fitness community. You (gracefully) workout. We see you sweating, pushing, acting like a regular human being. I know it doesn't count as an exercise, but it feels real and I appreciate that.
I LOVE your workouts:) A lot of youtube workouts are too easy for me, so im grateful you always make challenging workouts:D Keep it up, you're a natural💜💜
I just want to say I LOVE your workouts. I get excited every time you upload because I know its a workout worth while and its so easy to follow when I'm at the gym.
Just completed the workout. Oh, my…Great workout!! It just goes to show you can get a really good workout done in only 20 minutes! Thanks for sharing! I think I’ll be sore tomorrow for sure.
I was about to do one of your old workouts with dumbells (from my playlist with only your videos), when this new one popped out on my feed and, well, I changed my mind and tried this out!:)
I got a really bad injury… I was out of any physical activity for about 18 weeks. It was super hard for me, and during that time I lost a lot of my muscles (I was pretty fit) and gained some weight. I was super uncomfortable at that weight and how my body looked so I decided I wanted to get into shape this summer and look really good for the new school year so for the past month or so i’ve been doing ur ab and legs workouts and ur cardio (and a few other videos) and I’m actually getting abs!! And lost about 10 ish pounds And I’m so happy!!! Thank you sooo much!!! And ur body is goals😘😘
Your workouts are so unique and it really makes me wanna do it because it's not like the cliche workouts that everybody else is doing. I'm more focused on getting it right and not telling myself " well I don't need to look at the screen, I know what I'm doing, I've done this before ". Thanks girlfriend 👍
Just finished and I’m sweating and feeling good! For the obliques, is it okay to put your elbow down and still use weight or is it better to do use an extended arm with no weight?
A new 20 min full body!! Yay 🥳 hope you guys enjoy this workout! How did you do? Let me know in the comments ❤️
I had to stop 15 mins in bcus I hurt my left shoulder
