  1. You will never see six pack if you got fat on your tummy, you need to lose that first doing serious cardio and only then start doing ab workouts, otherwise it's a waste of time, they should have explained that to people but they don't.

  2. So the first time I did this workout, it burned my abs really well and I was sore for three days and didn’t do this workout for four days. Today, my back hurt on all of these exercises, even more than my abs. What am I doing wrong?

  3. I’m literally dying doing this workout. I have tried multiple AB workouts and non of them was hard enough…I could never feel the next day that, I really hit my muscles. But this AB workout is fire!!

  4. This routine ist just awesome. Hits every spot & makes fun with listening to your jokes and motivating words ! Great job, I used some weights & think I´ll definitely sore tomorrow. I just found this channel but I guess this is my favourite one from now on !

  5. after 6 months, i see good results. My collegues said "oh you lost weight" I said "no i did not" ( i really did not loose a pound) so they anwsered "yes you did your belly is so flat!" So this is exactly what happendend i kept my beautiful female body but it is a way more in shape now. THANK YOU! <3
