  1. I had to share; I usually workout before I let my kids get up in the morning, but today I let them get up while I worked out. Anna was telling us not to stick our butts in the air in plank and my ten year old son started to giggle and proceeded to run to the back of the house and tell the rest of the kids. Ha! This is the perfect quick workout!

  2. I do this workout before I go on my treadmill. I went from 155lbs to 130 in 2 1/2 months and I’ve never felt so in shape and confident than I do now. So if you’re wondering, YES this really works and tones you unbelievably. Combine with eating healthy and you can’t go wrong.

  4. I love working with Anna she is a good insentive for me and can modifive any workout and when I have been sick it is not too much so I don't over do and get sick again mainly in the winter months in Vermont love Anna's workouts they hit all body parts

  5. Awesome! the bird dog was my favorite, plank exercises are always a challenge for me, but I'm glad they were in there. Yes the young lady in the blue, her form during the 'binki push ups' and bicep curls were not terribly correct, but perhaps I should be checking my own form too! Thanks Anna for so many great work outs I can sweat too at home! 🙂
