Quick question : I had a baby last year April and I did some research about Diastasis Recti (abdominal split) and was wondering if I would still be able to do some of the workouts that require you to be on the ground without further splitting !   8. i hv been doing your exercises for beginner for the last 3 weeks. i did the low impact ones because of my knee and lower back injury. i was hooked from the first try and even download the apps. on the first week i was panting and wanedt to give up, the second i was doing them alternate days and last week i only skipped on weekends. but yesterday, i did your 30 min weight training for beginner and tried to push another session and tried this one. I thought i would die but i ended being far more satisfied!! i actually am getting better..yay! thank you for the good motivating videos. Keep up the great work.
