  1. Loved it but only managed the first 10mins as fighting a cold and suffering the after effects of a migrane!!! Will definatly do the full 20mins next week when back on form. Thank you.x

  2. It's a great workout but please don't term it as home hiit since not all can cope with this workout since u haven't placed Ur each move like how Joe balances it out. His workout r for the masses -everyone can do it ,but yours isn't for the masses. It's for the set of crowd who need more advanced work out. So don't term this as home hiit. Koz this easily touches 160-180 beats per minute heart rate n all can't handle it. Especially beginner n mid level !! I still prefer Joe. He knows what he s doing

  3. Great workout, Ben. There were a couple new exercises that I thought were excellent. The Sprinter's Start was KILLER. Thanks for mixing it up! I'm in m y mid-50's so I took the easy-kneesy way out on a couple of them, but it was definitely one of the most challenging workouts I've done in a while. I'm a true fan; thanks, Body Coach(es)!

  6. This was great Ben! One of my favourite HIIT workouts for a long time.

    I liked that it was fewer rounds of more exercises. Made it go really fast.

    I am dying though, so thanks for that I guess 😂

  7. Really enjoyed this. I do a lot of cross fit training as apposed to just hiit now but I do still incorporate a lot of hiit into it especially tabata style. This was great as it wasnt to high impact and used a lot of different moves to get the heart rate up, strengthen and tone, I also felt i could stretch my muscles at certain points such as the sprint starters , loved it :))) you need to post more or do one with joe 🙂

  8. Had to take a few extra breaks on second set…Think this one was a step to far for me. The one where you reach over your opposite shoulder almost popped my shoulders out, terrible range of motion. Great vid though had me sweating buckets.
