Sara Beth, of all of your workouts, th Morning Yoga Power Yoga is my favorite because of the unique blend of strength building upper body exercises, lower back stretches, core strengthening, and aerobic workout. I have modified the ninja hops to the front of my mat from the beginning and do as many as I can in that section. I do the same think with the pushups without the knees touching. I add some additional core strengthening at the end. So, I get a good work out. Thanks.
Love your vids!! I was paying $150/month for corepower yoga but I'm a student and it got too expensive for me. Your vids have been so amazing and have allowed me to continue practicing. Thank you!!
Over the last week I’ve been upping my yoga game – from a year or so of daily videos in the relaxation and restoration genre to now strength videos, most of them Sarah Beth’s! I have so much more energy I hardly know what to do with myself, and your videos always make me say, “you bitch!” in the nicest way possible 😉

I’ve been watching your videos for a while now , and I wanted to finallly leave some feedback. You have helped me so much with yoga. Its sort of a lost art and has been appropriated in ways that made me stay away from it . I stayed away from something that is a part of me! Thank you for helping me bring me back to myself. I appreciate your no nonsense approach and the lack of chatter that usually goes along with yoga videos I’ve filtered thru. Because of your straight forward style , I can focus . ALSO I love that you remind us to accept where we are and to slow down if we need to , sometimes I want to give up because I feel weak but I always find a video of yours that helps me get back on track. A million Thank yous! Please continue your helpful style 🔥
Hey Sarah Beth I always love your videos, but I was wondering if you could do an energizing morning sequence that doesn’t end in savasana? Maybe tadasana or seated meditation? I practice at 4:30am and can’t stay in Savasana very long or I’ll get sleepy again so I end up skipping it. Would love to still have that moment of meditation but without the temptation to fall asleep! Love you!❤️
