  3. What do you think about weighted jump rope workout? I been doing it for 10 months and lost near 40kg idk if that's really good but because weighted ropes I lose weight and gain strength in the same time.I just want to hear your opinion about that and maybe you can give some cool tips how to lose weight in more efficient way? Maybe some links because I am new to your channel and have no idea where to start all of your videos sound interesting and useful.
