  1. Hi, Marcel, greetings froms Peru. No idea you'll see this, but imma write it anyway. What I'm about to say doesn't really have anything to do with the content of this video, but I can't just let it go. One thing I personally always loved about your channel was how genuine and real you actually were, despite the fact that I've never even met you. I know the point of this channel is fashion and lifestyle, but I think most of us, or maybe us all, can agree that when you grab the camera and just say whatever you have in mind, we can get really close to know you, to understand you -maybe this Is why I decided to write this: due to the fact that you decided to make this video a different way, like you giving your point of view, talking about your concerns and your goals, something we kinda got used to with the getting dressed vids, as well as that one about sustainable fashion and the ones of that sort. Not saying the rest of the content in your channel is boring or anything, I luuuv it, and I truly appreciate Bryant's job. It's just about how close to ODS gets to you. I follow you on IG, but I think this is the biggest source we as a community have, so keep the good work, the good vibes! Love your channel, bye!

  2. Fell off hard at the end of 2019 because I didn't have a way to get to the gym. Back on it and been hitting it hard so far in 2020 💪🏼. Full disclosure: it DOES hurt getting back into it, but it's also worth it.

  3. Important note to the sickness part, if you do get sick you must recover fully to avoid any complications following your illness. Working out too early too hard even after something as little as flu may have dire results, no matter the shape you are in. Used to know a guy who was a semipro athlete and died of myocarditis
working out instantly after a flu. Take your time, week off won't hurt your progress in the long run and is for sure lot better option than dying or getting sick again.

  4. Oh damn, that looks like it was painful. If you have the room in your apartment, stick with yoga and body weight workouts for now. You can't avoid a workout that you've planned in your own place.

  5. the injuries affect us psychologically… it's been 6 months since I injured my lower back still couldn't recover from it both physically and mentally..but now again starting from the scratch I hope everything goes fine
