  1. Enjoyed the workout but i turned the volume down and forwarded while she was talking as she did so much of it and wish she slowed down just a bit so its more of a controlled workout with more muscle building as opposed to ripping my shoulder off , I took my time with more reps and weight 🙂

  2. With focusing on keeping the whole body engaged, I don't think I did the exact same amount of reps for all the exercises, especially when sped up but I kept going. It was an interesting way of doing upper body work.

  3. I think the workout is great. The exercises can be performed quickly as showed or slowly. Most of them focus on front and middle shoulders. What I missed was exercises for the back. All in all a great workout for strong arms💪🏼

  4. Shred is the word! I had to drop down to my lightest weights for a couple of the exercises but that's OK on a learning curve. Great whole body engagement too. More workouts from this instructor, please!

  5. Absolutely love the workout and teaching!! One suggestion would be talking less in between each exercise and saving it for while you’re doing the exercise. You’re an excellent instructor and I appreciate a challenging upper body workout which can be hard to find!
