  1. I really loved this workout. It was challenging but not so much that I wanted to quit. Love this instructor. She was knowledgeable and fun. I will do this again and again.

  2. So should I do just Jill's workouts as a beginner or can I do each of the workouts as listed day-by-day?  And I'm guessing these are for guys, too?  lol   (I'm going to start with this anyway: I've got fifty pounds and Type II Diabetes to kick to the curb this year!)

  3. So glad you made a beginners series. It's been roughly 3 years since I've done any form of exercise. I've been nervous to begin again. Can't wait to do the series!!!
