I really loved this workout. It was challenging but not so much that I wanted to quit. Love this instructor. She was knowledgeable and fun. I will do this again and again.
So should I do just Jill's workouts as a beginner or can I do each of the workouts as listed day-by-day? And I'm guessing these are for guys, too? lol (I'm going to start with this anyway: I've got fifty pounds and Type II Diabetes to kick to the curb this year!)

these are great.! it is hard to find true beginners workouts. Do you have a workout calendar for these workouts? I didn't see one on the website.
I agree with lovelessyayaoi, didn't feel anything. Would Gymra consider doing a beginner series with dumbbells?

"True beginners" is no exaggeration! I didn't really feel anything while doing this but it is an accessible, low-impact workout nonetheless
