  2. Ive started with seqn vigue yoga around 5 or 6 years ago after a really bad back trauma (couldnt walk, a surgery was in discussions)
    now Im fit and feel great! and a lot of is thanks to sean. Thank you

  3. I'm a powerlifter, and your flows have made it so much easier to hit depth on my squats, as well as improving my fluidity in general – I feel like it's granted me a whole new understanding of the movement. Yoga brings advantages for even the most brutish of sports!

  5. Hey Sean,

    That butterfly flow was a killer for me, both, because the hip opening and the back bend. Both seem like weak points. Do you have videos that could help me on both of those areas?

  6. Love it! it's challenging and burning, it's obviously not the traditionally yoga flow, but for a long-time yoga practitioner this alternatives are like fresh air!!!

  8. A perfect lunge to crouching tree to pigeon combo. I loved this bit. Did this after your ten-minute pilates workout. A great combination. I am dripping sweat. Thank you, Sean.

  9. I feel a little embarrassed of my half Russians. Crazy how it can feel like the first time you've done a pose when you don't do it for a while.

    I am going to do this for the rest of the week just to prove a point to myself. Haha.
