  1. Another great workout in the books 🏋 The bi/tri tripleset was awesome. I like the sit down curls, really focused on the middle & upper bicep, then finishing with the standing curl, and really getting full extension to hammer the lower bicep.
    19:40-ish knucklehead 🤕 LOL
